Hand holding a pair of glasses against a blurred city background — symbolic for finding orientation during a difficult time

Online Psychological Counseling

for Relief and Orientation in Difficult Times

Are you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or weighed down by worry and inner tension right now? Maybe you're in the middle of a crisis and looking for someone who takes you and your concerns seriously, someone who can give you concrete guidance through video calls.

Psychological counseling is not psychotherapy, but a science-based space for orientation and support. I actively bring in my scientific background as a psychologist (M.Sc.): I help you make sense of things, explain the connections at play, and offer concrete guidance and orientation, so you can find steadiness and calm again.

This is what sets counseling apart from coaching: while coaching helps you find your own answers mainly through targeted questions, counseling here also includes content-based guidance from me — more instructive, more explanatory, grounded in professional expertise.

I'm in a life crisis and need orientation.

  • What do I do now, and how can I take something from this situation that gives me lasting steadiness?
  • Why did this happen to me, of all people?

I perceive things especially intensely and get overstimulated quickly.

  • Could this be high sensitivity, and what would that mean for me?
  • How do I handle this well in everyday life without losing myself?

I have anxiety, or I feel emotionally empty and out of balance.

  • Where does this inner restlessness come from, and how do I let go of it?
  • How can I better understand and take seriously my own feelings and needs?

I keep running into the same patterns in my life.

  • How can I break through these blocks and let go of limiting beliefs and old baggage for good?
  • Where do these patterns actually come from?

I was just left, or I ended a relationship myself.

  • How do I process this breakup well and work through my feelings?
  • How do I rebuild my life as a single person?

Psychological counseling is an important building block for your mental well-being — but it is not psychotherapy and does not replace it. It's designed for people who generally have access to their own inner resources but are looking for support, orientation, and relief. You can read more about the distinction between counseling, coaching, and therapy in the FAQ.

Psychological Counseling for Relationship Struggles: Healthy Boundaries, Deep Understanding, and Authentic Communication

In recent years, it's become harder for many people to truly find calm. This often shows up in our relationships, too — whether personal or professional. Loneliness, relationships that feel absent or superficial, misunderstandings, or unresolved conflicts all take a toll on how we connect with others.

Maybe you're longing for real connection — to feel truly seen and heard and to have deeper conversations. I support you in setting healthy boundaries and building authentic communication, for more calm, understanding, and connection in your relationships.

This type of counseling is often also referred to as relationship counseling or relationship coaching. Here, I work with you individually on your own part within the relationship.

I'm always there for others and carry their worries as my own.

  • How can I set better boundaries?
  • What's actually mine to carry, and what isn't?

I sometimes just don't understand the other person.

  • How can I develop more understanding for their perspective?
  • How can we better support each other?

I want a deep, fulfilling partnership.

  • How do I communicate in a way that makes me truly understood?
  • How do I navigate differences in how we speak and feel?

I keep ending up in conflict with certain people.

  • How can I ease the tension?
  • How do I shift my perspective?

I'm in a relationship crisis and don't know what to do.

  • How do I find steadiness again?
  • What can I do if the other person doesn't want to change?

Let's work together to find how you can set healthy boundaries, strengthen your relationships, and build more understanding and connection.
