You are the expert on your own life. You decide what’s right for you. I accompany you as an expert in the coaching process – offering structure, opening up new perspectives, and providing tools for your current and future challenges.
Coaching only works when we meet as equals. I support you professionally and with empathy – while you actively shape the process.

Our experience and behavior are always shaped by our environment – whether in our families, work, or society at large. We all hold different roles and responsibilities within these systems. Becoming aware of these connections helps us find solutions that truly fit your unique situation.
Coaching is about empowering you to help yourself – because what works for others might not be the right path for you.

No matter where we are in the process, your personal goal stays in focus. Sometimes your topic evolves or new questions arise – and that’s part of the journey.
In those moments, I adapt my methods and questions flexibly to keep you aligned with your path – or to help you redefine it. Because sometimes, identifying the goal is the very first step. You can read about the kinds of topics I work with here.

I work with the COACH model developed by Christopher Rauen & Andreas Steinhübel (link in German) – a clear and well-established coaching framework.
With me, you’ll find space to pause and recharge – at your own pace. Sometimes, slowing down helps us recognize what really matters. And sometimes, just a few words are enough to make the next step clearer.

My coaching integrates body, mind, and soul – because they belong together. When it feels right for you, I draw from practices like yoga, focusing, chakra work, Jin Shin Jyutsu, or integrative energy therapy.
In a world that keeps speeding up, I believe it’s essential to make space for balance – and for spirituality, if desired. You can learn more about your Soul Plan here. And yes: laughter is always welcome.

I commit to the professional and ethical standards of:
• German Coaching Association (DBVC) (link in German)
• International Coaching Federation (ICF)
These associations do not exclude spirituality, but value professionalism, depth, and integrity across a range of approaches.
I also work within a professional coaching network, reflect regularly with peer groups, pursue ongoing education, and receive coaching myself. Because I believe: only when I take good care of myself can I truly support you.
