My fascination with human behavior and experience led me to study psychology and work for many years in leadership and organizational development. In all these settings, the focus was always on truly understanding people’s individual challenges – and supporting them with tailored, solution-oriented approaches. This diversity taught me to stay open to new paths, so I can meet each person where they are and offer truly holistic support.
As a certified systemic coach with a scientific background (M.Sc. in psychology), it took me a long time to admit that science – for all its depth – doesn’t have all the answers. At some point, I started listening to my inner voice and began exploring spiritual concepts and approaches. But I only integrate what truly resonates – because despite my openness, I remain grounded and rational at heart. This combination of evidence-based psychology and tried-and-true spiritual methods allows me to support you with both clarity and depth.

I speak from experience. I’ve faced personal crises, taken detours, and asked myself where I truly belong. I know what it feels like to not quite fit in – and the longing to understand what really matters. Some of the insights, stories, and aha moments from my own path, I share in my blog (in German language) – personal, honest, and with a wink. Today I know: it was precisely those detours that brought me to where I’m meant to be.
